A. Brother riveting motion bears a fine finish to the parts, without impact and friction by rubbing, even if plated pins and fragile substances such as plastics are used.
B. Brother riveting mechanism is made up of pressure, riveting motion and timer. Only by setting pressure, stroke and timer time, fine and correct finish can be gained repeatedly, not only fixing joint but also swing-joint finish.
* Fine stroke adjustable in 0.05mm (0.002 inch) increments.
According to adopt stopper nut with micro scale, a small adjustment of stroke can be created precisely. So, there are no cases that riveting conditions are changed due to stroke unstability.
*Noiseless operation gives quiet working circumstances.
*Easy setting and simple operation
It is very easy to set the jig and to to set the stroke. Especially, model BRO machine has the manual change valve which can change the position of these machines are very simple (set parts and press foot switch ), so skilled operators are not required.
*Digital parts counter available
In model BRO, this counter is standard and other models can be used in control box. (Option)
*Multiple spindle machine (model BRM) and specialized machine to be used Horizontal one bear high efficiency.
*Model BRO adopts oilless cylinder, easy to maintain.
